Making technological artwork is much like making any type of complex object, requiring the expertise and craftsmanship of several disciplines working in concert towards a desired end. In my projects I design, produce and fabricate to the best of my abilities, but I also rely on people who have skills and talents in a range of specialized fields.
The glass components were made at R&D Glass Products in Oakland, California.

Many of my works take their influence from the Custom Car Culture of Northern California. If you ever get the chance go and visit downtown San Jose on a Saturday night to see a parade of fantastically unique machines.
